Personal Profile
With over 15 years’ experience as an Employment Consultant, I started my career helping people from all walks of life – from general unemployment services to disability employment. I’ve always had a knack for seeing people’s potential and opening doors they didn’t even know existed.
After leaving the structured world, I spent 6 months as an Independent Support Worker, walking alongside participants and families firsthand. That experience grounded me, gave me real insight into the challenges of the NDIS space, and shaped the way I connect people today.
But my true spark? Building connections. Four years ago, I took a leap and started running my own networking events. What began as small, genuine catch-ups has now grown into boutique, curated gatherings across Australia – from intimate circles to large-scale events. At the heart of them all is my signature Circle of Connections – where every voice is heard, stories are shared, and magic happens.
Today, I proudly wear the crown as the Pink-Haired Lady, running support groups for participants, families, and providers, while also offering a Business Development Management growth model that’s unlike anything else in the sector. I don’t do cold sales or cookie-cutter strategies – I help businesses grow organically through real relationships, warm introductions, and community-first marketing.
From career mentoring to support work, from event hosting to business growth strategies, my journey has always circled back to one thing: helping people shine brighter by connecting them with the right people at the right time.

Business Development Management Model
1. Starter Connector – $295+GST per week
Perfect for sole traders or new providers who want to dip their toes in. You’ll get research, warm introductions, and curated connection building each week to start growing your pipeline.
2. Growth Connector – $575+GST per week
Designed for small-to-medium providers ready to expand. Includes all Starter perks plus more introductions, event co-hosting opportunities, and deeper relationship management to grow visibility and referrals faster.
3. Premium Connector – $1,095+GST per week
For providers who want the full sparkle treatment. Includes everything in Growth plus ongoing brand visibility support, curated provider/participant pathways, and personalised event or co-creation strategies. You’ll have The Pink-Haired Lady as your relationship manager and connector, helping you grow strong, sustainable networks.

The PHL List is a free support system created by the Pink-Haired Lady, designed especially for participants and families. It’s not just a directory – it’s a personalised list, curated around your needs, that connects you with providers who are genuine, ethical, and passionate about supporting people the right way.
With over four years of building trusted relationships in the NDIS and community space, I’ve done the groundwork so you don’t have to. The PHL List makes it easier for families and participants to find the right services, cut through the overwhelm, and connect with people who truly care.
