    My Story

    About PHL Support

At PHL (The Pink-Haired Lady), I believe no participant or family should ever feel alone when navigating the NDIS or searching for the right support. That’s why I offer a free support system designed to help anyone who needs a hand finding genuine, trusted, and heart-driven providers.

For over four years, I’ve been building a community of providers who truly care—people I would confidently recommend because they go above and beyond for participants and families. My role is simple but powerful: I connect you with those amazing services, saving you the overwhelm of sifting through endless options and helping you find the right fit faster.

You can even access your very own PHL List—a personalised directory tailored to your needs that connects you directly with providers who are the right match for you.

On top of that, I run monthly support groups for participants and families. The very first group is starting in Melbourne, with plans to expand to other areas across Australia as the year goes on. These groups are a space to ask questions, feel supported, and connect with others who get it.

I don’t charge for this—because connection, trust, and kindness should never come with a price tag. Whether you’re a parent, carer, or participant, know that PHL Support is here for you—always free, always genuine, always about people first.
