At Konnect FEST, our mission has always been simple:
To build real, meaningful connections between NDIS and community providers, participants, families, and the people who make the biggest difference behind the scenes.
But as we’ve grown, so has our vision.
That’s why, as of June 2025, we’ve proudly shifted to a new structure — one that better reflects the heart of what we do.
Konnect FEST is our organisation.
Konnect Society is our community.
The Konnect Society is a collective of values-aligned providers across Australia who are committed to being seen, heard, and truly connected. It’s a one-time fee to join — and in return, you gain access to:

Our workshops are designed to go deeper than business — they’re about growth, connection, and community impact.

Breaking Barriers focuses on helping providers strengthen their relationships and explore new, more authentic ways to connect with others in the sector.

Heart in Leadership supports leaders across community and NDIS spaces to lead with empathy, intention, and purpose — creating stronger teams and a more connected industry.

We also host dedicated Mental Health workshops and events, shining a light on the challenges so many face behind the scenes. These sessions offer space for honest conversations, support, and practical tools to look after ourselves and each other.

Konnection Table
Our face-to-face Konnection Table events are designed to create deep, meaningful connections in an intimate setting.
Each session is limited to just 10 providers, plus one guest speaker and myself, allowing everyone to genuinely connect, share their story, and be heard.
We sit around the table, chat openly about who we are, what we offer, and how we can support one another. It’s relaxed, real, and relationship-focused — the way networking should be.
Everyone is encouraged to bring business cards or contact info so you can stay in touch and continue building those connections after the event.
Whether you’re new to the space or looking to reignite your network, the Konnection Table is a powerful way to feel supported and seen in your local area.
Real Stories and Real Konnections is a heartfelt, in-person event where our amazing Konnect Society members take the stage as guest speakers, sharing real, raw, and inspiring stories about their journeys in the community and NDIS space.
This isn’t your typical networking event — it’s a warm, welcoming space filled with positivity, laughter, meaningful conversations, and genuine support. Everyone has the opportunity to introduce themselves, connect, and contribute to the conversation in a relaxed, no-pressure setting.
The vibe is open, honest, and empowering — and yes, it’s fully catered so you can enjoy delicious food while you connect and unwind.

Online - Konnection Table Events
Our online Konnection Table events were created to keep the momentum going in areas where we can’t always meet face-to-face.
These intimate online sessions are limited to just 10 providers, along with a guest speaker and myself, ensuring every voice is heard and every story matters.
Each person gets a chance to share who they are, what they do, and what kind of support or connections they’re looking for. It’s a relaxed, supportive space where meaningful relationships are built — not just surface-level networking.
We chat live via Zoom, and all participants are encouraged to share contact details in the group chat so you can stay connected well after the session ends.
It’s a powerful, simple way to grow your network — wherever you are.

This is an all-inclusive membership covering every state, every event, and every benefit — no hidden extras, no pay-per-event costs.
Member Type One-Time Fee (ex. GST)
All Providers (any size) 1st year Payment $3,850 & Quarterly Payment Option - 4 x $962.50
Not-for-Profit / Charity 1st Year Payment $2,500 & Quarterly Payment Option - 4 x $625
After your one-time membership, there’s only a $395+GST annual support fee to maintain access, visibility, community involvement, and guidebook placement.
